    friendly staff
    dirty room
    uncomfortable mattress

    Friendly staff made check-in pleasant.

Our room was not thoroughly cleaned, with bugs found on the sheets. The mattress was uncomfortable and lumpy, making it hard to get a good night's sleep. We also noticed that the shower had very low water pressure, which added to our frustrations during our stay.

The atmosphere was cozy, and the homemade bread at the restaurant was to die for. We had some hearty meals, especially with the variety of meats and the salad bar stocked well. It.

The homemade bread at the restaurant was off the charts, and nothing beats the cozy charm of the area filled with Amish culture. Plus, the antique shops nearby added a lovely touch to our adventure!

Yikes! It felt a bit like a party gone wrong with those messy bed covers and the noise from the hall.

    clean rooms
    homemade bread
    great fishing spots
    lack of phones

Had an awesome time with friends! The place is close to some great fishing spots and the local markets where we could dive into Amish culture. The rooms were clean and comfy. Plus, the homemade bread at breakfast was a hit!

One downside was the lack of phones in the room, which made it tricky to get extra washcloths. We ended up with only two for three people.

    lack of kids' activities

We had a wonderful time exploring the nearby Amish culture, especially at the local market. The kids loved the homemade bread at breakfast, and it felt like a step back into simpler times with such warm and welcoming people around us.

My children wished there were more activities for kids to engage with during our stay.

    no phone
    washcloths

It was an ideal choice for a walk in the evening in Montgomery with value for money. I appreciated that there were no phones in the room to call the front desk, so I made sure to check for enough washcloths before settling in. Make sure to bring extra supplies, as you might need them!
